Riding from SF to LA

We would like to thank all that participated in the Peet’s Fillmore Customer Team Fundraising event for AIDS Life Cycle, but especially Fillmore Peet’s for your support, for donating the grand prize of a coupon for a pound of Peet’s coffee each month for a year, as well as coupons for Peet’s coffee, a variety mugs and cups to add to each of the various prizes for the raffle. Light ON

Oh my god! One more year ... the big reminder that times has its own plan for all of us.

We got everything we need for the ride very early, then start calling the boys. Martin, was there at cow palace and almost done with part of the day. We went together to get the tent, our number (I-10) and then went to see the video. There were so many people I know.. what a wonderful group. Now is time to go home and get ready for tomorrow and I can not wait to see the blue sky around all of us, the rain

The weather was beautiful today. Not too hot and not too cold. I met my Cris and his friend and rode we rode together until the end. He is a very fast rider and his friend too.We were killing each other and had to stop few time for a brake.Paul could not catch up with us, I missed my cookie ;)

After lunch, the wind was crazy. We wanted to get to the camp around 12 p.m. but we were so tkired that we got there around 12:45. Only 5more bikers had arrived. I set the tent, got our bags ready and waited for Paul,.

Tomorrow, we are riding 106 miles. I can't wait to be on the rode again.

Bradley ..the best luch of the ride.

Today's ride was actually fun, "Quad buster" which is 1500 feet elevation for 1.3 miles ... After lunch I rode very fast back to the camp. Riding on 101 is not very fun the road is a complete mess.

Again I decided to ride by myself the last 20 miles; I rode fast, enjoying the nice weather, the view and riders. I got to camp around 11:25am.

After getting the tent up and taking a nice shower we went for a coffee at the main downtown while Paul is doing the loundry Saludos Raybel Today was an amazing 107 miles, just some hills but nothing compared to tomorrow.
